Selecting the best outsourcing vendor is considered as a challenging task since outsourcing is not that easy most especially to amateurs. The common mistakes of most amateur outsourcers in collaborating a right partner is, they go only or look into all companines that have approved certifications like Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model or SEI CMM.
