If there is really a need for you to outsource, put in mind that certain aspects must be considered. You have to identify which internal tasks are needed to be outsourced. Make a list of all your in-house activities, this will give you an overview of which tasks that are worthy to be outsourced then combine those tasks that are interrelated. But those tasks that need your attention must be prioritize.
You also have to choose carefully on what outsource company you will hire. It is a must to do a background check of the company, history, location, infrastructures, experience and reputation. It is not good to invest in a company that will not meet your expectations and needs.
You have to appoint an in-house personnel. This personnel will be in charge of watching over the outsourced projects. He or she must be keen enough in evaluating and must ensure that the projects are properly executed by the outsourcing provider.
