A website in a certain business whether big or small is perceived as the online identity of the establishment. Website is more than just pleasing to the eye of the viewers; above all, visiting a website is considered an entire journey. Remember, people use different browser so a good website must be friendly to all browsers available.

Navigation also plays a significant role in creating a new website. Simple and intuitive navigation is the key to please the viewers. In the maximum of three clicks, viewers expect to the information they want. Key areas of navigation must also be placed in major pages consistently.

Language and content in creating a web page must be standard and universally understood. Understand the kind of viewers that visits the site. If it is a business website, frequent use of business jargons might be perceived as credibility and knowledge. But otherwise, if the website is for general audience, standard terms are advised.
